Kids Says The Dumbest Things?

Are kids really that dumb? or issit jus becoz they are kids thats y everyone percieves that they are dumb... so dumb that that people even wrote a song about it aka "ben xiao hai"... How many times when we were growing up we are percieved as being dumb and stupid and how many times have we accused kids of being dumb and stupid...
